Shipping conditions

Transport lump-sum
ThermoDyn Produktion & Handel Kern delivers all articles, with our partners, directly to your home - quickly, safely and reliably. If a part of the order is not immediately available, you will receive the remaining goods without additional transport costs.

Transport remuneration shall be borne by the customer. For orders placed, we charge the costs incurred by our current delivery partners to the customer. The respective cost scales can be seen from the lists of disclosed suppliers plus statutory VAT and shipping and packaging costs amounting to 0.85% of the order value.

In the case of bulky articles (shown in detail) we charge the bulky goods surcharge shown on the product as well as shipping and packing costs amounting to 0.85% of the order value.

You agree your delivery time with our service team. Our individual delivery service will deliver your order to you the next day, by express, on time (except Sunday) for an extra charge.

Friday from 8.00 a.m. - 01.00 p.m.

Subsequent delivery without transport lump sum
Should an ordered article not be available immediately, we will inform you about the expected delivery date.
Subsequent delivery does not include any additional transport charges.

For subsequent deliveries, you have the option of ordering additional articles without any additional transport charges. Important: please indicate "Re-order", the order number of the subsequent delivery as well as your customer number with your order.

Delivery worldwide
ThermoDyn Produktion & Handel Kern meets customer requirements worldwide and delivers to 150 countries. Delivery abroad is possible against cash on delivery, credit card (subject to reservation) or prepayment. If you have a German bank account, you can also order by direct debit.

We always choose the cheapest shipping method for you, the transport flat rate will be included in your invoice.

The minimum order value is € 50,00 (net). Please note that for deliveries abroad the transport costs and transport time are adjusted according to the country of delivery.

Payment methods / conditions

With ThermoDyn Production & Trade Martin Kern you are always flexible. As our customer, you can pay conveniently by Klarna (Sofort), by invoice from the fifth order, as well as by prepayment. If necessary, we reserve the right to send the goods only against prepayment.

Payment by invoice
Customers who have already placed at least four orders in our online shop in the past can use the "Pay by invoice" option from the fifth order onwards. After receiving the ordered goods, you can conveniently pay the invoice provided.
