ThermoDyn reinforcement fibre PP-F for screeds
RoNet are medium class fibres for uniformly distributed concrete reinforcements.
These fibres are particularly suitable for the casting of screeds and panels for underfloor heating systems in order to counteract the thermal load on the concrete.
These fibres are made of pure polypropylene and are corrosion-resistant, non-magnetic and 100% alkali-resistant.
Advantages:
Evenly distributed reinforcement - reinforces every cubic centimeter of concrete, replaces steel mats and ensures better distribution in the concrete than steel fibers.
Transport - the total weght of the reinforcement material is significantly reduced. Also important for screeds cast in the upper floors.
Time - the reinforcement is achieved simply by mixing the fibres in the concrete.
Larger area between the expansion joints - if required, casting without expansion joints.
Improvement of the physical properties of concrete:
control of plastic contraction of fresh concrete during curing
reduction of the formation of shrinkage cracks
improve impact and wear resistance, as well as the hardness of the concrete
increased longevity of soils
Applications:
The RoNet fibres can be used in many different ways in concrete casting, e.g:
underfloor heating
ground level constructions
footpaths
curbs
ramps
water tanks
water treatment plants
further construction projects
Processing:
The recommended dosage of RoNet fibres is 1 kg per cubic metre of screed or floor heating. The admixture and homogenisation can be carried out both in the concrete mixing plant and directly in the concrete mixer. The fibres should be mixed into the screed or underfloor heating for 7 minutes at medium speed. If the dosage is increased, it is recommended to add appropriate additives to the liquefaction instead of water. Recommendation: 10 g bag for 25 kg bag of material.
